I created this differentiated famous Americans parts of speech sort to make my instruction interdisciplinary and sneak in a review of social studies during language arts time! These sorts ask the student to identify the underlined part of speech-noun, verb, adjective, the pronoun in a sentence about a famous American. Famous Americans included are Franklin D. Roosevelt, Eleanor Roosevelt, Susan B. Anthony, Frederick Douglass, Mary McLeod Bethune, Cesar Chavez, Lyndon B. Johnson, Thurgood Marshall, and Paul Revere. Enjoy!
